All sales of digital license keys are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will NOT be eligible for a refund under any circumstances once your license key has been generated and delivered.

1. Why We Have a No Refund Policy

Digital license keys are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once provided. Unlike physical products, once you receive a license key, it has been consumed and activated in our system. This policy protects us from fraud and abuse while maintaining fair pricing for all customers.

Digital Nature: License keys are instantly accessible and cannot be physically repossessed or revoked without affecting our licensing system integrity.

2. No Exceptions Policy

Refunds will NOT be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Purchasing the wrong product or quantity
  • Compatibility issues with your system or software
  • Failure to read product descriptions or terms
  • Technical difficulties on your end
  • Accidental purchases or duplicate orders
  • Dissatisfaction with the product
  • Economic hardship or financial difficulties

3. Pre-Purchase Verification

It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to verify the following before making a purchase:

4. Chargebacks = Immediate Ban

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank/credit card company for a digital license purchase is considered FRAUD and will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent license revocation
  • Blacklisting of your email, payment method, and IP address
  • Ban from all future purchases
  • Potential legal action for fraud and breach of contract
  • Reporting to fraud prevention databases

If you have a genuine issue, contact our support team FIRST. Chargebacks cost us fees and damage our merchant standing, so we take them very seriously.

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to helping you resolve legitimate technical issues:
