1. License Grant

By purchasing a license key from CocoCloud App Signing - Shop, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software associated with the license key. This license is personal to you and cannot be shared, resold, or transferred to any third party.

2. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reselling or redistributing license keys to any third party
  • Sharing license keys with others, whether for free or for payment
  • Publishing license keys on public forums, websites, or social media
  • Cracking, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass license validation
  • Using the license for commercial purposes beyond the scope of your purchase
  • Creating derivative works or modifications intended to circumvent license restrictions

⚠️ Warning: Any violation of these terms will result in immediate and permanent license termination without refund, and may result in legal action.

3. License Activation & Limitations

Each license key has a limited number of activations as specified at the time of purchase. You may deactivate devices to free up activation slots. Attempting to bypass activation limits through technical means is prohibited and will result in license revocation.

4. Payment & Refunds

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Please refer to our No Refund Policy for complete details on our refund terms.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license key and account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your license is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your license.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our license validation services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect service availability.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Your purchase grants you a license to use, not ownership of, the software.

8. Limitation of Liability

CocoCloud App Signing - Shop and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the software immediately ceases.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on file.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
